
Lime Water: When choosing limes, I like the smaller more pungent ones. Organic also to have the fresh lime taste. then I like to shave into the skin before slicing and placing them into the water.


Mint Water: You need to bruise mint or any herbs before using it, otherwise, the taste will not permeate. I do that by folding them in a tea towel then bashing them lightly with a wooden spoon before placing them in the carafe.
